How to Wash Your Glasses

1. Rub lenses with soap and water
   
2. Rinse with water
   
3. Dry with a dry, soft cloth
   

* If you only rub instead of using soap and water, you are just creating a thin oil film on your lenses. Vision through these lenses will be blurry with a lot of glare.

Not keeping your eye lids clean can be a factor leading to crusty itchy lids and dry eyes.....

Not wearing glasses while doing a lot of hobbies can allow small particles like metals into your eye. 

If you rub your eyes after a sneeze can lead to viral infections in your eyes. The red eye that comes in extremely contagious.

Wearing other people's contact can lead to eye infections and scratched corneas.

How to Clean Your Soft Contacts

1. Thoroughly clean your hands
   
2. After contact removal, place contact in your palm
3. Squirt solution into your palm
4. Rub the lens between your palm and soft part of your finger for 20 seconds
5. Place lens in dry contact lens case
6. Squirt solution on the the lens
7. Swirl lens with solution
8. Dump solution
9. Repeat twice (2 dumps)
   
10. On the third time, close the case, and store for the night
11. Repeat with the other lens.
